With a search mandate, you commission HEXAGON ESTATES to work for you as a buyer's agent – with access to the entire market, not just our own portfolio.

The written agreement safeguards our commission entitlement with other agencies. If we show you a property from another real estate office, both agencies share the commission. Without a signed mandate, the other agency will not recognize our involvement – meaning we wouldn't be able to offer you full market access. Naturally, you only pay the commission upon successful completion.
The mandate initially runs for one month and automatically renews for one additional month each time. You can terminate it informally at any time – there's no long-term commitment.
During the term of the mandate, you work exclusively with HEXAGON ESTATES as your buyer's agent. You should not contact other real estate agents simultaneously.
If you search for listings online, do NOT click on "Request floor plan", "Request more information", or "Arrange a viewing" – doing so will add you to the respective agency's client database. After that, we may no longer be able to act as your buyer's agent at no cost, as the other agency might then no longer recognize us as the mediating party.
Instead, simply send us the link to the listing (e.g., via WhatsApp). We will obtain the address and details, arrange viewings, and negotiate on your behalf.
No problem, that's normal – most people start their search independently. However, from the beginning of our collaboration, you should no longer initiate direct contact with other agents.
